This 2005 Chevy Silverado, a.k.a. “Charlie,” has passed through many hands (and shops), and it has all the customization to prove it. The latest owner, Wes Frisbee, added some updates of his own, including some new 26-inch Intro Twisted Rally wheels, Lexani LX-Twenty rubber and an “absolutely radicalized” interior.
