Electric C10: Ep.2 | How To Tesla Swap A 1985 Chevy C10 Squarebody Truck – Custom IFS Build

This week on S2S TV, we’re tackling the front suspension of the Tesla swapped 1985 Chevy C10. Our C10 is using a C5 Corvette K-Member as well as performance corvette suspension parts, such as upper and lower control arms. We’re pulling our build measurements from a C6 Corvette that we have here at the shop. This will ensure that when we fabricate our sub-structure, we have the proper geometry to give this squarebody the handling it needs to control all the power the two Tesla drive units will be putting down! By the end of the episode, we’re just about ready to bolt in this front Tesla motor and get this entire assembly onto our custom chassis table!
