Angela opted for an AMD aftermarket grille, complemented by Hot Rod Innovations headlights, and a creatively modified rear OEM bumper that integrated additional lighting. Wheelwell modifications by Slosh Tubz added a subtle yet distinctive flair, while custom bodywork included removing chains from the tailgate, relocating taillights into the rear bumper, and meticulously shaving drip rails. The finishing touch—a striking red paintjob with carefully applied lines on the cab—solidified the truck’s timeless appeal.

Under the hood beats the heart of a 1998 Chevrolet C5 Corvette LS1 engine, a modern powerhouse seamlessly integrated into the classic frame. This 5.7-liter V-8 engine boasts GSI LS motor mounts and a PSI wiring harness, delivering a blend of reliability and performance. Enhancements such as Hooker headers and a 3-inch rear-exit exhaust system ensure optimal airflow and an exhilarating engine note.

A 4L60e transmission, sourced from a 2006 Chevy truck and expertly rebuilt by ANJ Transmission in Bentonville, Arkansas, ensures smooth shifts and enhanced drivability. The drivetrain underwent meticulous adjustments, including a 2-inch shortened driveshaft, to accommodate the truck’s modified frame and suspension.

Dakota Digital VHX gauges with a carbon fiber finish adorn the instrument panel, providing clear, precise readings. A Billet Specialties Draft 14-inch polished steering wheel offers a tactile connection to the road, while a Kenwood DMX stereo system delivers modern entertainment.
