What Up Street Trucks Nation?!

We are BACK with another exciting issue of Street Trucks magazine! Congratulations to us—we made it to issue #300!

This month, our vehicle features are unusual, as usual. We’re showcasing a stunning red crew cab Chevy C10 that defines classic style and modern performance. You’ll also read about a custom built C10 we discovered at Dino’s Git Down—a GM junkie gathering that never disappoints. We also have a freakin’ cool Ford F-150 feature that highlights an innovative build that’s pushing the boundaries, while Phat Phabz’s bodydropped GMC dually demonstrates the absolute extreme of low and wide. Finally, don’t miss the gorgeous green Ford F-100, a truck that’s turning heads with its vibrant paint and incredible details.

Our event coverage takes you coast to coast, starting with Scrapin the Rockies, a high-altitude hotspot of custom trucks, followed by our annual favorite, Scrapin the Coast, where the hottest builds meet the Mississippi shoreline. These events are a perfect example of passion within our community, and our photographer Damien Davis has captured every moment.

For those looking to get their hands dirty, our tech install articles are packed with motivating wrench turning. We upgrade our 2018 Silverado to tow cross country while enhancing the truck’s performance for long hauls. We also have an exciting piece on Ford Maverick performance upgrades—perfect for anyone looking to boost their compact truck’s capabilities.

On a personal note, I’ve been incredibly busy with my own project – a 1979 Chevy C10 named Rocky. This build has been a labor of love, and I’m thrilled to announce that Rocky will make its debut at the 2024 SEMA show in Las Vegas. For more updates and behind-the-scenes details on this project, search “Rocky” at StreetTrucksMag.com.

Enjoy the issue, and keep on trucking!
