First Look: 2019 Roush Ford Super Duty

If the regular Ford Super Duty doesn’t cut it for you, then Roush might have something to fill your stocking this Christmas.

The Michigan-based performance company just unveiled the Roush-erized versions of the 2019 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks, adding style and ride height while retaining stock towing and hauling capabilities from the factory.

Both Roush models get a Fox 2.0 Performance Series suspension, which adds 1.5 inches to the ride height. For the shoes, each truck is outfitted with custom 20-inch rims, wrapped in BFGoodrich KO2 All-Terrain rubber. As befits Roush engineering, even the lug nuts are designed for performance — the washer-style nuts have a load-bearing design that retains the truck’s stock towing capability of up to 21,000 lbs. Diesel models also get a DPF back exhaust system.

In terms of the style department, both trucks get a new front bumper cover compatible with adaptive cruise sensors, more aggressive fender flares, and integrated accent lights for the front grille and fenders. Rounding out the package are graphics for the hood, rocker, and tailgate, as well as custom Roush badging for the headrest, center console, hitch cover and on the Weathertech moulded floor liners.

Options include full-body side stripes, a four-digit vault that sits neatly in the center console, and Roush-branded offroad utility kit.

The Roush Super Duty package starts at $13,880 and comes with a three-year/36,000-mile warranty. All the more reason to be good this Christmas.
